Servicing of fixed and loose firefighting firefighting equipment and systems
Our competencies for servicing firefighting equipment are built around our internal training program to secure required maintenance, improved durability and reduced lifetime maintenance costs for the shipowners.
The servicing include, but not limited to the following:
- Annual inspection / refilling / hydrotest (as required)
- Fixed fire extinguishing systems’ inspection (CO2 system, water mist system, galley CO2 system, fixed foam system, wet chemical system, F200)
- CO2 system visual inspection of control valves blow air through. Two yearly inspection includes level check of all cylinders. Five yearly inspection: internal inspection of control valves. Ten yearly inspection is cylinder hydrostatic pressure test and internal inspection (min 10%)
- Foam sample analysis
Likewise for the following:
- SCBA Sets inspection / function test. Cylinder inspection, refilling / hydrotest.
- EEBD Sets inspection / function test. Cylinder inspection / hydrotest.
- Resuscitator annual service. Medical oxygen cylinders inspection / refilling / hydrotest.
- BA compressor air quality test.
